We purchased this product with standard shipping and it showed up at my door 3 days later. I was really nervous when I saw the bag with a lot of little pieces. Once we started putting it together, it was REALLY easy. We bought it for my son’s 2nd birthday and he LOVES it. The quality is spectacular for the price; well worth it.
I can only wish that drum sets of this quality had been available when I was learning to play. It is not a toy; it is a real drum set, just smaller and limited to a bass, snare, high tom, and one cymbal, plus a stool. It’s heads are real and tunable. The sound is quite good. Someone starting on this around age 5 and taking lessons could either add a piece in a year or two, or move to a bigger set around age 9. But for it’s purpose, it’s an excellent product.
We bought this for our six year old daughter and are TOTALLY THRILLED: this is a real drum set, not a chintzy toy! It has a great sound. Assembly was easy with the instructions emailed by Austin Bazaar. Well worth every penny — for the quality and sound, I’d expect this to cost twice as much.
I purchased this Bridgecraft Drum Set in Silver Sparkle for my 2-year-old son for Christmas. I work for one of the largest musical instrument manufacturing companies in the world and wasn’t sure what to expect when ordering such an inexpensive drum kit. I was a bit concerned when the kit arrived in just one seemingly small cardboard box; however, this little drum kit ROCKS! The finish looks fantastic, the hardware (except for the kick drum pedal) was decent quality, the assembly was easy, and I was actually able to tune them up! Downsides: The kick drum pedal is a bit dodgy (not the same quality as the rest if the drums) and there was some minor rust on some of the hardware (cleaned up nicely with some WD40).
This drum set is awesome. We got it for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. They shipped it so quickly. I ordered it, I think a week before Christmas and I got it in two days. The instructions scared me at first because I thought it was going to be a lot harder than it was. The quality is great and I will probably order one for my son next year. Thanks for making this a great Christmas for my family.
I bought this drum set for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas 2009. This was a wonderful purchase. This is the one toy that I can say she truly plays with everyday and her daddy too. It is very realistic, has wonderful sound quality, and good stablity. At first, I was looking at a less expensive set at Toys R Us, but am very glad that my husband suggested this set for a few dollars more. We are all very pleased with the drum and would recommend this to any family with children that love music. Also has easy assembly, my husband was able to assemble the set without any instructions, and it was put together correctly.

My child loves it, it’s pretty sturdy, just the cimbal part gets loose sometimes despite tightening it.
